5. Modules

The framework includes several functions providing a layer of abstraction between the developer and the core Python environment. These functions eliminate a great deal of boilerplate code from plug-ins, allowing the developer to focus on the task at hand, not how it should be performed.

The framework functions are split into the following modules:
